A quick intro

I joined so I can glean info to help me help my friend get out of debt and out of her deep depression. We have only just started scratching the surface and the impact has been worthwhile to see my friend have hope again.

Ive already successfully helped a family member reclaim over 10k and wiped out their debt and depression.

I'm sure I will be asking questions at some point during the long process ahead.
as we still await the DSAR from another bank.
and being a glutton for punishment have recently sent off another for another family member.

Well that wasn't such a quick intro!
