Oooooopps! Shame on me - a lovely thread all about making me feel welcome and I notice it 4 months later

Ummm, well, I have been lurking - enjoyed the coverage of the OFT case and am waiting to pounce on the banks again when the time is right. Veteran of 4 claims against credit cards and am in deadlock against HBOS. Contemplating PPI claims, although life is giving me enough to deal with at moment without that.

I have indeed come over from the RUC site, spreading my wings!! Talking of wings, must remember to speak to my favourite bird sometime. Actually, two birds - one Budgie known as Puff and a lovely chick called Zanadu.
