  • Who the newbie, me the newbie!

Good evening, not sure exactly what sort of response i'll get (from the forum or the introductions section) however i'm here and thats whats important.

In all honesty i know nothing of the legal profession - the reason why i am here is because i have an idea (as a web designer) to develop a solicitor/legal based website so here seemed like a suitable starting point to carry out some research.

For the moment i'm looking for uk specific firms/companies/business so if anyone would be interested in having a very brief chat, then i'd love to hear from you.

Time to go explore the rest of the forum

    Hi Sabian,

    Welcome,

I must explain that this is not a legal profession website. it is a purely a self help site specialising in empowering like minded individuals to reclaim unfair charges levied on them. Few here have any legal training, but there is a wealth of experience gained over the last two years. All advice here is given on a purely informal basis, and users are advised to contact a legal professional if in doubt.

        Welcome Sabian

Fancy designing us some pretty forum skins!

We hope you find our site useful for your research.

"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

Re: Who the newbie, me the newbie!

Thanks for the responses - i was expecting a rather automated response in the introductions section however its nice to see a some what human response

@ Celestine - the forum runs vBulletin for which there are literally thousands of FREE downloadable templates... perhaps have a word with your webmaster!

I suppose my first question would therefore be, is there a specific online forum somewhere that caters for solicitor and law related businesses specifically???

Re: Who the newbie, me the newbie!

            The answer is yes, http://forum.lawcom.gov.uk/
this one is for the law commission. I am sure there are more as well.
I hate automated response by the way, and always use freehand in the Welcome bit so I can understand what you mean.

have a look at my profile, NatWestStaffMember is the original name of Nattie. On a bank charges forum it is ideal to be a banker. I win and lose every time

Lol yes we are aware of many forum skins - we quite like our simple style at the moment. Easy to navigate and doesn't blind the hell out of you.
