Hello from a battle hardened litigant

Hi Everybody,

Only came across this forum today following a google search of Richard Durkin.
I have been a member of the Consumer Action Group for a number of years and I take great interest in the vagaries of the banking and debt collection industry.
I want to see a change in the way these two industries treat people.

I have my own on-going cases and I would be happy to share my experiences with others and if I can help anyone along the way the I shall.
