  • Evening everyone! Great forum - glad I found it before my Form 4 hearing!

Hi all, after no end of sites egging people on to open a Form 4, finally some wisdom on the subject! I settled with the bailiff's barrister in the waiting area of Northampton County Court but picked up a fair amount of wisdom along the way. In summary, no regrets, but not to be taken lightly, as many other sites would have you believe!

    Hi Se7en,

Welcome to LB.:beagle: I think you'll have to give us a bit more background on this one.

Did you bring a form 4 complaint against a bailiff ?

Maybe post in the Bailiff area with what happened, might serve to help others considering taking that route.

    Regards

    Sharon
