first credit

Hi everyone-just joined Legal Beagles. I am not very good with computers but I managed to get this far!

I am having trouble with 1st Credit over a credit card that was taken out with Citi but they sold it to 1st credit who are on the warpath!. I am seeking any advice on this-Cheers Loopy

You were given the loopy name as you must still be using the same email address as when you registered on here back in 2009 ( virgin mbna & sainsburys credit card charges?)

Do you want to change it to McGinty or you happy with Loopy ?

We have discovered that Phantom has basically received the same documents for agreements as your self so in the same boat as you
