Hi everybody.

I am Terry and I have joined the forum as I have an ongoing issue with Lloyds TSB or Lloyds as they are now.

I will be posting a full run down of my very negative and upsetting experience and the lack of support I have been shown by a bank that I have been doing business with for 27 years.

I have never been overdrawn, never missed a payment on any loans and I have had about 6 over the years, I have had two mortgage's with them one of which I am still paying I have had house insurance and life cover with them and to just finish it off a credit from 2000 until July 2013 where I cancelled it.


I will need to lot of advice and guidance so please feel free to comment.
