        Update: Have spoken to the OP via landline and provided them with email address for HMCTS Head of Enforcement Operations (North). Having now clarified the issues involved, it is clearly evident that something has gone seriously wrong somewhere along the line and it is down to HMCTS. A lot of things that should have been done have not been done. The OP did not know of any court hearing until a bailiff company contacted them, their means have not been examined, they have not received a Further Steps Notice and Marstons have done their usual and obstructed/prevented the OP from paying the fine, hence, the referral to Head of Enforcement Operations (North).

          Marstons removal notice please help I.came home on Saturday nite to find a marstons.removal notice had.been hand.delivered for £380 I have had no previous letters it is.for a merseyflow payment of£2.00 went over.runcorn bridge on 4/02/2019 shop.was.closed on way home.to pay was.unwell following day so payed first thing sunday I have.had no letters relating to.this.I.collect my post from sorting office I sent.email to Mersey flow with a notice of being.a vulnerable debtor and copied to my.MP Mersey flow.email me.back saying it was.out of.there hands and.I should speak to marstons welfare team
