We need to move the part of this thread which starts delving into the Firstplus details to he PPI area here

PPI - payment protection insurance reclaiming - Legal Beagles Consumer Forum

with a new thread titled
Jane1108 v Firstplus

This will then give maximum exposure to a wider audience who are intersted in PPI

But still keep your Welcome thread in here but with only the first few posts before the Firstplus stuff starts

I'll ask Saphire or Curly or Celestine if they can oblige by splitting it up

Btw I've done some digging around on Clause 7 and what it means and it apepars to mean not what I first thought.
