  • Hi again

    Hi all,

I've been away for a while (illness), so I thought I'd better say hello again!

    Still, as I am here.........................

    Been signed off work (longterm)
Contemplating a return to active duties
Discovered recently that I have been demoted (without notice or consultation)
Not so much the money - more the loss of face (& "privileges")

I'm considering raising a grievance (diability discrim, age discrim, sex discrim - some of the higher-ups are rabidly sexist, possibly even race discrim)

But I'm worried about the backlash - victimisation, harrassment etc.

My future used to be bright (who said "orange"??)
As you can imagine, this has left me feeling very blue

Do you think I ought to take this scurrilous bunch to court?

        Hi Charitynjw

I had already welcomed you back on your profile page when I noticed you had started posting.

Anyway, I am pleased to see you back and missed our conversations in chat and hope that you have now fully recovered from your illness.

You are now not VIP and guess this is what you are upset about?

PM Ame, I am sure she will sort this for you, no need to be upset.

            Re: Hi again

I am sure she will be perfectly OK with making you a VIP again under the circumstances of your illness, you gave valuable advice and help to folk who needed it.

As long as you are better now... I for am pleased to see you again. x

When have you ever known me to take the hard line ? :tinysmile_kiss_t4: Welcome back xxxx Oh and btw I had no idea that's what you were on about, so stupid question... have you been demoted at work or were you just talking about VIP ? ie. do you need help with employment law.
:tinysmile_hmm_t2: soz for being dense xx Anyway you weren't demoted it just automatically makes you blue after a year and should send you an email warning so you can resubscribe, but as usual our emails are a bit wonky.
