Hi guys,
some off you will know me from the debt and employment sections of the Consumer Action Group Forums. So am here mainly to help advise people with debt and employment issues, so i don't need any advice as such myself, though i do have 2 on going issues myself, but they are firmly under control with the claiments firmly on the back foot.
Well heres a brief discription about myself:
Back in late 2009 i set up my own business, which quickly became a highly successful and profitable venture, though before that i did have personal financial issues, which 1 of the above 2 mention issues is with MBNA regarding a credit card, though they unlawfully terminated of the back of an Invalid Default Notice, in fact, they sold it to Varde investment ireland limited and assigned to Experto 3 days after the issue date of the DN and i never recieved it till 4 days after the issue date of the DN and did not receive an NOA from MBNA themselves either. I have no problem paying the debt, but they have acted unlawfully both then and in attempts to collect etc. So its moral stance on my part, though i am legally in a better postion then varde/experto/mbna are. The other issue isnt even my debt but unsolicited goods sent to me which i sold due to no evidence as to who the sender was. As such, i am now being chased by Lowell for usage fees and early termination fee, despite no contract every being accepted or enter into by me.
Anyway, as a result of seeking advice on issues that my friend had with debt, i learnt alot in the last year or so on CAG in regards to Debt legislations and guidelines etc and now help others with such issues and problems - well when am not busy with business related activities.
Now as i am a business owner, i am also an employer, so i have done alot of research in the employment laws and regulations etc due to nercessity and the need to know such, in order to making sure my own company fully complies with such laws and regulations. Also having previously being a victim to unfair dismissal and victimization in the work place for which i won, though that was a long time ago, i am a strong supporter of employee's rights an strong believer in defending employees more so than an employer. As most issues in employment cases, are normally the fault of the employers actions or inability to act to resolve such issues.
Also as a result of the nature of my business i have extensive contacts in the government and specialist industries/proffessions and business sector, though i choose not to use them unless its to go over peoples heads in order to get things done - in a perfectly legal way of course .
Also i am dsylexic, so my spelling and grammer has always been a weak point for me, and i do make alot of common spelling mistakes as a result and due being late diagnosed and therefore slow at reading and writing through primary and the 1st 2 years of secondary school. But i do make an effort to re-check my posts before and after posting to make sure it makes sense.
So thanks in advance for taking the time too read my post and for your welcome messages.
