    Hi all.Thats it I have given up on ever getting my money back off the robbing bank.Had a letter saying that the banks solicitor was going to cancel my stay.Ive lost 200£ on top of my charges and have had enough.There is to much gobledegook which I dont understand,and I do not have anymore money to carry on.Im 68 and still have to work to keep my house.Should never have listened to Martin Lewis.

    I think you might have copied and pasted from the other thread.
    Did you file prior to or after the OFT test case began?
    Do you have priority debts?

          I joined here in july 2007 so it must have been before.I think. I have my morgage payments which are 500+ a month plus usual pole tax and energy.What would happen if I dont withdrw my stay

                Hi amethyst I have found a letter from the court saying I have 6 weeks to reply do you want me to email it to you or what ,you said type it up but it would take a while.

                      I'm sure the Co-op Bank is pleased to see the back off me lol, or so they think as I will shortly be onto them about the packaged current account.
                      If you think nobody cares if you're alive, try missing a couple of payments.

                          2 - if you want to move forward without wanting to sound sparky, get yourself in a position where you aren't thick when it comes to the legal stuff chap.
