help needed

Hi all
i am hoping someone out there can help i am 13 days behind with a finance payment i have asked if i can spread the payment out over the next 2 months but as its unregulated they said no this is a major compeny singer finance
they said today if it is not paid by 24 12 2010 they will call and take back the cab can they do this my next payment is not even due until 28 12 2010 if you have ANY help i will be forever greatfull

I am sure people will be able to help you with this but they are going to need more information. The following information would be a good start:

What type of agreement was it?

What was the amount borrowed?

What was the repayment term?

What payments have already been made?

the agreement is unregulated
the loan is for 25.500
the term is 60 months
i have been paying for just over 3 years

£25,500 - just over the regulated limit. Did you actually borrow that amount ? (ie thats the actual ''cash'' you got) or are other charges included in that figure ? What was the actual purchase price of the cab ?

Do you have a copy of your loan/finance agreement ?
