    Greatings Alex,

        Hi Alex

Sat and watched a couple of your videos last night (one from France re PPI and one about ex Cartel's Asha Solanki's call) and have to say its nice to see a sol with a sane attitude to the CMCs. Did you ever get back to speak to her after leaving the voice mail ? Interesting to see things from your side and the CMC farmers trying to sell on ''claims'' to sols, rather than just from the disappointed and ripped off consumers side of things.

Welcome to BEagles, hope you get time to visit now and again.

        Ame
        xx

Thanks again for your warm welcome. I wish I could provide the time to speak to everyone individually but I am very busy at the moment with cases so please forgive any delays. I just want to let you know that I am not on here to tout for business as I already have enough. I am here to educate using video as my primary tool!. Bless you all. Alex

Re: Alex Woods - PPI Litigation and Financial Irregularity Expert

I've just been made aware of this thread Alex, but I see you are aware of me, sir !!! They don't let me out much. I guess us forum people are a tad suspicious of anyone who is assisting peeps with their banking reclaims on a commercial level. There are so many 'ambo-chasers' out there ripping peeps off (peeps who have themselves already been ripped off). We get a bit self-protective, because we've got together to help each other 'out of the goodness of our hearts.' I think you understand that, though.

I suppose we are all just a bunch of amateurs up against huge corporations with resources that are limited only by the extent to which the successive governments bail them out, IMHO. So we need professional people on our side, too.

You took the trouble (and had the brass balls) to start a thread in here - and for that, you deserve the benefit of any doubt, surely. I've enjoyed some of your video exhortations (which is why I know you know me - LOL !!!) - and intend to follow your future 'stuff.' For me - every day's a school day.

Good on yer, cobber !!! Ambo-chaser ? Nah - you're actually trying to prevent those casualties from occurring in the first place, it seems. And it's your job.

Me - I'm a taxi-driver, and I'm also seen as a rip-off artist. It ain't easy treading that fine line, is it ?

I just want to earn an honest living, too, as best I can. I'm as honest as the next man. None of us are saints - but honesty with each other is good currency.

              I respect your coinage, Alex.

Re: Alex Woods - PPI Litigation and Financial Irregularity Expert

                Welcome Alex to LB.

I have been active myself helping folk who may have been ripped off from CMC's by paying upfront fees and who have been cold called and told that they have 1000.s to come back to them because of 18 flaws etc etc....They then as you know get the person to part with an upfront fee on the basis that they will get this back if they are unsuccessful. Of course no one to our knowledge with proof has ever on this basis every had a successful claim and when they approach the CMC they are always told it is with solicitors.

We have managed with a few cases to get these upfront fees refunded but there are few and far between and many are still coming here and other sites like LB complaining about the lack of professionalism with these CMC's.

What is an annoyance to me is that the MOJ just do not act fast enough or at all to stamp out this behaviour and it is against the rules and the CMC's blatently get away with it. Many folk have paid huge sums of money and never ever get regular updates or in fact get any service for the payments which they have made.

In fact one CMC was advising fold that they were using solicitors when in fact it was just another CMC. I actually contacted this particular CMC to check this out and I now have documentary evidence from their MD stating that they do not even employ a solicitor, the MOJ when I complained and offered this evidence did nothing about this.
