  • Hello ....

I have been directed here by a facebook friend . I was under the impression I was too late to claim back any bank charges but she assures me I'm not & told me to take a look on here to find out how.

My main claim will be with the Co-op bank but I also have a Nationwide account which has accumulated a few odd charges. Havent really got a clue what I'm doing so any help & advice will be gratefully accepted ....

Click here for a step by step guide to reclaiming charges

Then post a thread in each of the banks forums relevant to your claim. It's important to note that whilst it's not too late to claim back charges, there is a high probability that your claim will be stayed pending the OFT test case (more information HERE

I currently have a claim stayed with Nationwide, so give me a shout if you need any info on them.
