Hello Everyone.
Just registered so I thought it best to say hello as advised in the greetings message from Amethyst :-)
I'm another CAG member (stikky62) out for a wander looking for info.
I've got Morgans/Cabot taking me to court at the moment with, according to CCA 1974 (s60(1),s127(3)), an unenforceable agreement.
I'll be putting an embarrasssed defence in over the weekend beacuse my 33 days is up on tuesday or wednesday and I've had no repsonse to cpr31.14 and part 18 requests.
No doubt very soon I'll be needing some help and advice and I shall start a thread when that time arrives.
In the meantime I'll start reading some of the threads here and see what you lot have got to say for yourselves ....lol
