I've been registered for a few months but am not that brilliant on the net. I hope I haven't posted this in the wrong place. If I have apologies in advance. Thank you to Amethyst and the rest of you for being so welcoming. I'm currently doing battle with C L Finance/Cohen and have just returned an amended defence. Like being on a white knuckle ride but, hey ho, nothing ventured nothing gained.

Can you tell us a little more about the CL Finance claim and your defence ? Theres been a few cases with these guys involved on here and someone may be able to help with your next steps.
