sorry for belated 'hello'

hi all, and can i say this site rocks.
Sorry for not introducing myself when i first registered. i kind of got carried away. My 50th post and then i say ' hello' :whip: me.
I have been claiming back charges and other contractual issues for a little while now and I've caught the bug.
I would like to offer any assistance i can to anyone else who wishes to do the same. I believe it's important to stand up for yourself and not allow financial institutions, in fact anyone, to take advantage and walk all over you.

Fantastic site, I've visited many other sites but they seem to commercialised and to big. It could take several days if not weeks to get a responce. I'm not putting them down, they do a great job, I just prefer a more personal, close knit family feel site. Just like this one.

Hello phoenix and welcome,
There is nothing wrong with testing the water before you jump in, you're right about the close knit family feel as well.
Don't forget we have the Lamp Post as well where we can have a laugh and chill, there is also chat (which I am just getting used to lol). Look forward to seeing you in either at some point Enaid x
