Hi Ugly and welcome to Beagles, I am sure you'll get all the help and support you need over here.
I have also read your thread and notice you originally claimed 8% in your court claim, is the warrant not for the same amount as the original claim? i.e. charges + court fees + 8%?

Re: ugly/barclays
Yes I would contact barclays and tell them the total for the claim plus stat interest of 8% lus court fee see if they want to pay up. They could just accept and pay up.
Not sure its wise to retract and reissue a warrant - especially for a different amount than the judgement.
So its a case of talking to barcalys lit and seeing if they want to settle now - dont forget to add your warrant fee in to the total.#staysafestayhome

Re: ugly/barclays
Also print off a copy of the judgement from MCOL and post it to this greg guy.
Thye may try to have the judgement set aside and ask for a stay (again lol)....in which case u can amend to include your 8% once the setasides granted (if it is)
Otherwise I'd just take the money if its offered.#staysafestayhome
