  • Evening all

Just a short thread to say a big fat hello to all you folks on this ere forum!!!!!

Although I am new to this particular forum, I am not new to the business of reclaiming charges. I have two successful claims against NastyWest with two more claims on the go against Halifax and Lloyds.

Like most of you out there it seems, I am having to decide whether to wait for the outcome of the OFT test case or fight the 'stay' that the DJ at Bournemouth cc has imposed on my proceedings.

I am not ashamed to confirm, that I have popped over from the dark side (which some on this forum will know as CAG). It'll be nice to meet new (and some old) friends and get some fresh ideas to boot.

Naturally, I will post all the necessary details in the relievant forums. Hope to see you there

    Hi Muggins

    Welcome to Beagle!

I remember you well from CAG, particularly your groovy avatar! as well as your battles against Natwest.

I was a Natwest forum regular and won 2 claims against them, one personal acc and one business.

I hope you enjoy spending time on the forum, there are plenty of old faces as well as lots of newbs.

    Good luck with your claims

    Kate
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

      Re: Evening all

Hi Kate and thanks for the warm welcome.

The 'groovy' avatar is much the same, probably a bit dated, but I like it, so it stays!!!!!! Nice to be remembered though.

Varangian3 (cag name) and Tuttsi asked me to pop on over, so that I may benefit from some fresh ideas..greener pastures an' all that

Hope to chat to you again.

Hello Muggins, I am sure you have no idea who I am, cos no one ere does
The other site you mention was given a name at the beginning by newbies as the dark side, but now OTR is a more popular saying. Be careful though, we are monitored and not just by the bank. Over there we are known as Donald Duck(so no links allowed). If you need to mention anything from here over there we are legal bagels(just so you know). This is Disneyland, the best animation and a wealth of knowledge. We got a chat room and we have been organising some quiz nights with Penalty Charges and Reclaim Unfair Charges. I am writing way too much on just a Welcome reply. SOOOOOOO WELCOME FROM SOME FRIENDS

That you could, but it wouldn't have been at all civil. now would it

I must admit it is rather nice being the rookie again!!!! I haven't been a junior in a while!!!!

That will change quickly I'm sure. There are a lot of people out there that need help. All we need is to get them here to be able to help them.

When have I been known for being civil??? I am one of very few people to have the evidence of being told to go OTR from not one but both owners. That is my badge of honour that not many apart from one can beat. You must like what you see, you keep coming back each night, unless it is voyeuristic reasons????
