Re: Cento Client Review phone call

    Hi Matthew

Here are the templated letters to send your credit card claim.Legal Beagles and you can put the charges on this to calculate how much is owed to you. http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...ead.php?t=4776 or you may just want to read this thread and follow this as an alternative in reclaiming credit card charges which are being refunded sometimes with compounded interest http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...ad.php?t=17444. One of our members actually received the money back in 9 days so I think this method is the best for you. When they repay you youn can check the refund against your statements.

Good luck with this and let us know how you get on.

          Hi Nay.

I have asked that someone comes along who can help you with this and I have also requested that your part of this thread is moved to the appropriate section of the form where you will receive the help you require.

            Hi Nay

There are two elements to your case.

            1. Credit card charges: which is why you've done the sar to look through all your statements to see what charges you got whacked with. Then reclaim them, pretty straightforward in most cases.

            2. Enforceability of entire CC agreement.

To get a feel for this, read around this forum:

~~ Consumer Credit Act ~~ - Legal Beagles

I'd recommend starting a separate thread in that forum to deal with the enforceability angle.
This approach is a lot more complex and there are no guaranteed results, so patience & perseverance will be essential.
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )
