New to Legal Beagles so just wanted to say hello to all
is it true that customers with business accounts cannot reclaim charges yet?
have been told by my bank its just personal accounts

Sadly, yes it is true, at the moment, watch this space though.....

Are you a small business (micro-enterprise under 10 employees and £1 million turnover )/ sole trader etc ?

have a look at the business claims forum and you will see why we are recommending caution at the moment, however we do hope things will progress soon so claiming from business accounts is back on the table.
