    it is pretty much the same process, the only differences are the court procedures - we have been updating the guide recently so thanks for the nudge xx

        Hi,

        Thanks for the welcome, I notice most Forums are a bit behind with Scottish Procedure.

        Had a look at the 'work in progress' it's not been touched since May 08, are there many Scots on this site.
