I’ve had a threatening letter from the above company in regards to a Frasers order of £225. The package in question was unknowingly delivered to my recycling bin. By the time I’d contacted frasers and they showed me the delivery photo the bin had been emptied. I opened a case and they sent me a denial of receipt form. They kept saying I’d signed it wrong then eventually said they can’t refund as time had lapsed so I opened a case with my bank after investigation and showing them all the emails they refunded and said that frasers may contest it. I guess they never did or it wasn’t successfull as I’ve now recieved this letter demanding £550 including costs for commuting fraud as the order was delivered successfully. Where do I stand. I don’t have the goods.
