Well I must first of all say. Thank you for your input.

But Respectfully, this is where we would disagree. I was in court for 6.5 years and wasted funds on legal reps, until I learnt what they did and did it myself. Twice

Both FCA & trading standards asked me to lodge my experience with them.

Finally CAB and a number of legal advice I have gotten will strongly disagree with you. As i will lodge proceedings by Thursday or friday latest

I just need to decide if I go with small claims or a legal rep. As I have tonnes of evidence and both companies made far too many daft blunders

But you did report there was at least one solicitor who struggled to understand your claim, ( https://legalbeagles.info/forums/for...-before-action post 3) so I am not alone!

I have only been expressing my opinion as a layman, but good luck and please keep us informed of your progress so we can all learn for the future

When I first started seeking advice, I was full of anger and emotions as rightly pointed out and when I spoke to solicitors ( as I sought advice in multiple places) I used the term, that :I was missold a car. Seconldy I consulted multiple CONSUMER LAW solicitors. But after so much criticisms, I realised my case is CONTRACT LAW and not consumer. Even though blunders were made on both areas of law

So I went back to both solicitors and cited MISREPRESENTATION ACT, which they said was not their area of jurisdiction.

Secondly its not a case of misseling, rather misrepresentation. Big difference !!!!! My anger and emotions have subsided and I can better articulate my plight. Furthermore, the dealership told far too many lies, blunders and cover ups, thinking they could bully me.

Even if I am wrong as you earlier said, the fact remains. Too many lies and dishonest practice abounds and I wont sit quiet, as when life is over and we are all in the grave. If I have one regret is that I never stood up for truth, rather was a coward. So I will ensure its on social media, online reviews and their HQ must know the level of dishonesty. They messed with the wrong person

All I need to do now if find a no win no fee solicitor or keep it to a small claims court, I need to act before friday

Thank you, I did some ringing up and everyone I spoke to, is either personal injury claims or scams. It quite daunting tbh

Is there any short cuts to getting such a solicitor ? Or are there any forums, where I can post my case and get responses back ?

              hi everyone,
quick update. I wanted to lodge legal proceedings in the small claims court, however total expense I have paid to date is about £16,000 and a number of issues

              1. All NO WIN NO FEE solicitors, say its below £50,000 and not worth their time

              2. I am told if I restrict it to a small claims and insist on £10,000. Its the discretion of the courts or the respondent to change it to a FAST TRACK claims and could get very nasty and overly protracted

I am in a bit of a limbo on what to do and next steps, any advice ?

For me, I dont want to be lying in a grave 100 years from now and regretting, I did not act, when I know I was bullied, lied and denied justice

              many thanks
