  • Looks like ex is going to cause trouble

I had an email from my ex last week stating that he had received notification from the Court about the upcoming hearing on the 25th April and what was it about.i told him I was struggling and that I had to go back on housing benefit and that I needed every penny of the money he had taken back. His reply was that he was "broke" at the end of the month which I don't believe.

I have decided to forward the email to the court with my reply in order to protect myself from him. I feel this is just the tip of the iceberg with him and that he is only getting started. Any subsequent emails I am going to forward to the court.i hope this will be enough to protect me.

I would add that my ex has never emailed me before. Something doesn't sit right.
