I have applied to the County Court to have the payments under the previous Court Order reinstated. My ex had my payments considerably reduced at the hearing last year which has made my situation quite dire and has caused me both emotional and financial distress. I had an email from the Court on Tuesday to say that the matter has been referred to a judge. Justice must prevail and my ex needs to understand that actions have consequences. Rosie500

I heard from the Court that the judge has ordered a hearing. I received notification of a hearing to be held on 25th April. My ex sent me an email claiming that he didn't know this was about, I informed him that I needed every penny of the money he had taken at the last hearing in January back and that I was struggling and was now on housing benefit. He replied stating that he is "broke" at the end of the month.i don't believe him. My ex has never emailed me like this, I feel he could be about to "kick" off, as I feel this is only the tip of the iceberg. I have decided to send the email any any other subsequent emails to the court for my protection. I hope this will be enough.
