I seek the advise.
I have recently checked my contract and it state's that i am required to work from office/home without specified days.
For the past year my company requested for all full time office base employees to come back to work from office for 3 days per week.
Do i have right to negotiate less days due to my contract? or i should just come as the rest of the full time office people as this is still classes as hybrid. I feel its unfair as i am actually not getting better conditions than the standard contract employees
