    Got this today from dcbl font know what to make of it are they just being awkward

      So you filed the defence in court and served it on the Claimant's solicitors at the same time?
      Did you enclose anything else?

      CPR 15.6 clearly states " A copy of the defence must be served on every other party."

      Have you checked that you complied with the instructions as set out in the response pack?
      It's a long time since I've seen one perhaps it has changed (but I doubt it!)

      Have you checked the court has received your defence?

        Yes court letter came today which said that they would also send a copy to dcbl so they will get it in duplicate just as well since they've binned mine

            Don't know why it matters so they got a copy why say they have binned it maybe they think I sent it to them instead of court !!

              DCBL never fail to amaze at their ineptitude.
              Ignore their letter, but do not bin it .... might be fun later!

                              In the blue bar at the bottom of the post is an "edit" button which should enable you to delete the relevant bits!
