Hundreds of examples in various threads in various forums

Could you post up a redacted copy of DCBlegal's claim?
Also send a CPR31.14 to DCBL and a SAR to Euro Carparks (there are templates in the SHORCUTS panel on the right.
They will need amending for your situation as originally drafted for consumer credit cases)

Do not identify the driver when writing to them

Post up when replies received (or nearer time your defence is due to be filed)

Appreciate your concerns and can understand why you might want to just pay.
It does end a lot of stress, but we can support you by advising you how to comply with court directions and helping in writing your defence.

However it is entirely up to you, but assume their claim is now for something in the region of £225.
That will be including a £50 for "additional costs" or "damages" which should not be there and can be successfully challenged in court.
Its inclusion has in some past cases caused the whole claim to be dismissed by the court, and even if the defence lose it is generally deducted.

I just think my defence is quite week should I go and take pictures of the car park as it happened in 21 and I just don't remember the signage

I've found a defence letter template but I've no legal knowledge so not sure if it would apply I know I can tweak it but only remember we struggled to pay and the car park does have some bad reviews

Signage is often a weak point in the parking company's case but I can see that if you took no photos of it in 2021 (and why would you have done?) the parking company might challenge any that you took now and used as evidence.

And I see OP has admitted to being the driver.

thanks..... at £300 I'd certainly defend, especially a DCBL claim.
They churn their claims out like confetti, only have one template and often discontinue or just don't turn up at court.
