          Bit late now as I've posted my defence but should I have deleted this as I did admit to being the driver 3 years ago when I got the first letter

            If they know the identity of the driver, they are precluded from pursuing the registered keeper (para 13 of your defence),
            but once the court claim is issued to the keeper, they cannot then pursue the driver.

            They run very close to the edge issuing a claim against a person as either the keeper or the driver... in court claims you aren't supposed to offer a menu to pick and chose from!

            Just shows how they work to a template, and take no notice of information available to them.
            For them it is a numbers game

                I do spend a lot of time looking through as much information as I can but it's sometimes hard to understand the legal terms anyway hopefully it will be ok
