    However we do need to see the actual (redacted) claim form.
    Copies of the signs should be supplied in response to your CPR 31.14 request and the SAR

          Of course you may post up your defence, but it is a trifle early to be writing it!

          Did you send off the CPR31.14 and SAR requests?
          From those you should obtain photos of the car park signs that were present at the time of the alleged incident.

          Also if you want a critique of your defence we will need to see the actual claim you are defending

            Hi not done the sar requests yet it says could take 2 months to answer is it important I get it what if they take longer than I have not looked at cpr but will do. Appreciate your help thanks

              If they do not respond to the requests you will insert a section into your defence asking the court to order the claimant to disclose the documents and allow you to amend your defence at the claimants expense.
              It is important that you send those requests asap

                When writing your CPR request the documents you specifically request are
                1) the contract (signage)
                2) copy of the P&d/permit purchased
