    Get onto the HA

Well I looks to me that all those conditions are being breached. So keep complaining to the HA.

Maybe you need to gather more evidence to support your complaint? Screenshots of where they are advertised. A diary with times and dates of repair and sales activity. + Photos of possible and it's safe to do so.

Thank you - I have taken photos of cars and activities + made copies of actual photos used of cars advertised (can be seen the cars are here) + Screenshots portraying 2-cars for sale at a time. It appears the whole family are on benefits and are doing cash in hand - they always seem to be around here with their screaming kids - they are obviously not carry out these activities on their own door step!

I have ben on the the HA - and today the Chief Executive and a swift reply: Please be assured a response will be provided regarding your latest communication. I am still waiting to hear further....

There are so many issues that are all included within the long chain of e-mails - in particular the parking bays we have been led to believer were ours from the outset 0ver 3-years ago and have caused so much stress - are being taken away in favour of just one space where the resident does not want us to park - it has emerged the two bays are were allocated to another house. My partner is disabled and a Blue Badge Holder - I have asked them what reasonable adjustment they are making.

I have seen a Housing Ombudsman case No: 202210892 (Notting Hill Genesis) where at (6) it states: A few weeks later, the use of the parking bay was revoked from the resident because the third party it belonged to required use of the bay.
          1. The impact on the resident was heightened by the fact that her expectations had been mismanaged when she was allocated the parking bay in May 2022. It is clear that the landlord was not entitled to offer the bay in the first place, as it belonged to a third party.
I think the above may well apply to us?

I now have a Senior Housing Officer coming out to visit us Friday Morning.

UPDATE: Senior Housing Officer visited today - showed us a letter not yet received regarding complaint, which is partially upheld - said we should only park in our 1-allocated parking space in front of a house where women has used threatening and abusive behaviour towards us and she will be warned - we said we would rather just park outside our house - it would not caused any obstruction as the two spaces in front of that persons house are not their spaces to use in any event. Housing Officer will investigate car repairs and sales by non-resident and I have reported to HMRC.
