        Hi there sorry to be a pain ive spoken to national debt line and they are saying that because resolvecall have been round that is a way of telling me that they are going to take me back to court to enforce payments or send bailiffs round, i said they have had my new address for many years, she also said because they have sent me letters in the past the court would grant this, but also said it would be wrong of her to give debt advice as to ignore it, my head is now a mess and im so worried

          I was also under the impression that they could only go back to court if the ccj was about to expire and that extension could only be for a maximum of a year

            Calm down.

            Resolvecall has 'no powers', they are unimportant. Read post 25.
