Hi, I’ve recieved an email today threatening notice of legal proceedings, I had I parcel delivered back in November and it had 2 items missing, I didn’t notice the bag was damaged on delivery but messaged house of Fraser as soon as I noticed, they refused these claims so I had to take it up with my bank, after there investigation and the photo evidence I sent them of the damaged parcel they refunded me for the items I didn’t receive.
now 2 months later I get this email? Any idea best way to go about it? They can take me to court because I ain’t paying for something I’ve not received.

    Hi Daniel R

    Welcome to LB

    'It had two items missing'.

'I didn’t notice the bag was damaged on delivery,
    you mean parcel?

So what House of Fraser are saying is that you should have spotted that
the parcel was damaged on delivery. So they don't believe you. So they have
threatened legal action. The best thing is to wait to see if they follow through
on their threat of legal action. If they do update the thread.

No doubt other members will provide further advise.
