Hi everyone
I received a parking charge notice from First Parking LLC on 27/11/23 for parking in a car park near my apartment and 'not paying for the full duration of the stay'. This car park has a resident car park underneath it with a separate entrance next door to the pay and display entrance. I have a valid resident parking permit for this car park, and this was the car park I parked in on the date that I am supposedly being charged for. I know that this fine is not valid since I have a valid permit for the car park I was in - the photo of me entering the car park states at the top of the photo that this was the residents entrance which I have a permit for.
I ignored this fine and the date to appeal it has passed. Today I received a notice of debt recovery from DCB Ltd. My question is, do I need to do anything now? Can I ignore this too? Or should I phone DCB or First Parking LLC to discuss this with either of them? Never had an issue like this before so unsure what to do!
Thanks
