  • russ vs firstplus, barclaycard and lloyds tsb

hi, everyone, just to say hello, Im currently in a DMP with payplan ongoing for about 30 months.

Most creditors have been fine but barclaycard and lloydstsb have been complete so and so's ignored our situation completely , broken about every OFT rule and the harrassment laws, so after months and months of worry started looking for help and noticed all the forums like this, so slowly learning how to try to deal with them.

I am also beginning to claim against firstplus for mis selling ppi ,early days there.

So hello from me and glad to be here.
