so if i am the person that has created the documents and information with the Learning processes specific to the leanirng programme i have created, if they receive crown copyright, can I still use the documents and and information where and when I like? If you are not the copyright owner, use by you may be an infringement of copyright.
Did you assign copyright as part of the arrangement under which you created the documents etc?Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.
