  • Crown Copyright implications for a leanring programme

What are the potential implications when considering both the copyright held by my company and the crown copyright for the written and video materials within the learning program I've developed?

    Hi

The implications are that you may be subject to a claim for infringement of intellectual property rights if you are not using the copyright as permitted.
If you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need. Please do not hijack another person's thread as I will not respond to you

so if i am the person that has created the documents and information with the Learning processes specific to the leanirng programme i have created, if they receive crown copyright, can I still use the documents and and information where and when I like? Is it just other people who will be subject to the copyright infringement?

If you are not the copyright owner, use by you may be an infringement of copyright.

Did you assign copyright as part of the arrangement under which you created the documents etc?
Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Litigants in Person should download and read the Judiciary's handbook for litigants in person: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf
