Remember that you need to supply proof of ID for a SAR.
I normally use either a copy of the V5C for the vehicle, or 2 utility bills.
It's not wise to use high level or photo ID (Eg passport, driving licence etc).

We can give advice, but the advice would be more useful if you were to give us something to go on. Of course it is possible that you do not know or cannot remember where you or someone driving your car may have parked 3 years ago, and the circumstances of that parking.

Maybe your first step is to send the intending claimant a subject access request.

I asked them to chase ukpc for the photographic evidence of me leaving the site as the only pics they had are of the car parked, dhblegal replied saying they've been advised not to pursue and case is closed.
