    Hi Noggin

A little background would be useful- do you know what the claim is about?

I'm guessing a private parking issue.

We can give advice, but the advice would be more useful if you were to give us something to go on. Of course it is possible that you do not know or cannot remember where you or someone driving your car may have parked 3 years ago, and the circumstances of that parking.

Maybe your first step is to send the intending claimant a subject access request.
Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

I'm going to send an sar request to ukpc, offence took place in an empty car park, I walked from there to another shop on the site, they are accusing me of leaving the land.

Did you receive a PAP response pack with the LBC?

Can I do this via email and should I copy it to my MP? for example, due to the disproportionate nature of the claim?

Write a letter, use a stamp. By all means send copies to your MP if you think that will do any good.

Which (probably) gave a link to the DCB Legal website for a PAP response webform?
                            I wouldn't use that.
I much prefer the hard (paper) copy version, which they are obliged to send.
