You might have a civil case for damages caused by emotional distress
It just might (repeat might) be possible to bring a private prosecution
.However bringing a private prosecution is not as straightforward as issuing a county court claim, and it might well be taken over by the CPS, who may then discontinue the action.
Note the predominance of "might", and even if either action is possible and feasible, it will not be stress free and could prove expensive.
