My PM allowance has gone down to 5 (so my PM box is now over-full) and I seem to have "gone blue"... nobody mentioned anything, have I done something wrong?

Yep your VIP sub had run out, have extended you for a further year
The system SHOULD email you to tell you when the subs are due to run out - I will have a look into that tomorrow. Apologies if you received no warning and it gave you a bit of a scare.

p.s. it did warn me... went straight to SPAM folder on my Yahoo inbox. Because I download my Yahoo mail into Outlook, I didn't see it.
