  • BW Legal debt

    Hello all,

I received a parking ticket around 3 years from Norwich Traffic Control Limited, been receiving letters from BW legal for the past year or so, my recent letter is basically threatening a CCJ if i don't pay before the 23rd this month.

I think it was £45 if payed within 14days or £90 within 28 or something like that, but this BW legal letter says i owe £230.

Should i ignore? do i pay the 90? read some things online saying companies like BW are only buying the debt and i dont owe them anything.

    any advise will be appreciated.

    Thanks

Unless you have already admitted to being the driver, I believe your defence is that you were not the driver and you are not obliged to inform them who the driver was.

I would simply write back to them saying that and that they should have checked before they bought a dud from NTCL.
