    Actually it might be the case that you didn't have to pay a fee.

    It is very, very unlikely, so remote, a total waste of their time and money, that they wont.

    They agree that their claim against you is statute barred.

    If they are stupid to do so, update the thread.

      Hi again. I'm yet to receive the notice from the court two months down the line. The MCOL still says the last update to the case was my defence. Should I be concerned about this? Or should I just forget about it now?
