I'm not sure, I don't seem to be able to find it on MCOL.
I know the Issue Date was 27/08/21 and I acknowledged the Claim on 14/09/21.
I thought it was 14 days from that date, which would be today.
Wait for Celestine to get back to you. Best get everything right first time.

You can file the Defence online with the Court, then post copies of the Defence, but get Proof of Posting for everything you post.

Would you suggest I post it too then? The online service says I don't need to, but would you do that anyway?

If the credit file defaults show as 2016, the s.87 default notice expiry could easily be months earlier...."Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

You need to include the following:-
7.The Defendant contends the alleged debt is statute barred by virtue of Section 5 of the Limitations Act 1980 in that no payment or acknowledgment has been made for over 6 years
I have now sent the letters and submitted my defence, I'll await their response.

Hi again. Thanks once more for your help with this back in September.
I am yet to receive any information back from anyone in regard to this, apart from the acknowledgment of defence from Overdales and letters back from the SAR's from each of the original companies saying the accounts aren't being handled by them anymore.
The MCOL website doesn't have any "transactions" past my defence filling in September, I was under the impression that they only had 28 days to respond to the court? Can someone tell me if there is anything I should be doing at this point?
