  • Parkingeye Received a claim from County Court Business Centre

Parkingeye claiming 185.00 for overparking by ten minutes. In fact exit from car park was blocked for more than an hour preventing me from reaching their recording camera. Explained all this to them but they still persisted in carrying on with their claim. I now propose to prepare a defence with loads of supporting details, request that their claim is struck out and to counter claim for considerably more than their 185.00. Not quite sure how to do this, if I use the www.moneyclaim.gov.uk on line method can I enclose attachments or should I post my claim to the Northampton Business Centre address. In any event will need to Acknowledge Service to give me time to assemble my defence. Any advice would be appreciated
