OK so i put in CCA and CPR letters to Claimant and Drydens Soloicitors, i have until Monday to submit my defence, Drydens have sent me a letter acknowledging receipt of it and stating "we are currently liaising with our client for the relevant documentation, we confirm that your file has been placed on hold. Upon receipt of the documents these will be forwarded to you"
I am confused as to where that leaves me with the defence deadline on Monday, do i just leave it or let the court know the situation..?
