          Hi just had this response from housing

          Unfortunately I am unable to assist any further with this.

          This is purely dealt with by PCM as they manage the parking and Paradigm do not generally get involved in this, when there is a valid reason for receiving the ticket in the first place ie. For not displaying a permit or the correct permit or using a different vehicle the responsibility lies with the individual to ensure that permits are displayed. Me challenging this has not helped unfortunately.

          If your appeals have been rejected I can only advise that you speak with PCM and see if there is a possibility of arranging a payment plan ( I am not sure if this is possible).
