Hi, thank you ever so much for your reply. As advised by myself on a previous post, PRA are continuing to try and contact me daily either by phone, email or text. Should I politely ask them to stop calling and write to me instead as you have previously advised and see what they detail in a letter? FYI PRA have offered 15% discount if I pay before the end of September which I cannot afford. I am in a position to offer up to 10% to settle with the help from a family member but I am concerned that if I make an offer I am effectively resetting the clock for the debt to become statute barred next year which will allow them more time to find any missing terms and conditions.

Many thanks for all of your help.

      1) Tell them you dont wish to talk over the phone
      2) get a note book and note everysignle call you receive from them date time etc.

        pt2537 Hi,

I am just following up to advise that I have not received any further communication from PRA Group, I am not sure whether that’s good or bad?

I have a question regarding Statute Barred time clocks and wondered if you could help with the following please?

My debts defaulted 2012/2013 and I then entered an IVA through Payplan. My last payment to Payplan was made April 2015 and the IVA failed September 2015. I note that Payplan made a final payment to my creditors on failure of my IVA in September 2015, although my last payment was made to them in April 2015. Can you advise which date is used for the purpose of the Statute Barred time clock please?

        Many thanks

Given that the original defaults occurred in 2012/13, they are now irrelevant to the limitation calculation. In this instance where you have given Payplan authority to make payments on your behalf, it would be wise to assume the September 2015 date for the commencement of the six year limitation period.
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )
